Order Guidelines

Please take the time to read our order guidelines before placing an order.

Ordering & Lead Times

Order availability: Our online shop accepts orders 24/7.
Standard lead time: Because all bakes and blooms are made-to-order from our home, orders must be confirmed at least 7 days (1 week) before your desired delivery date.
Bulk orders: Orders of 6 dozen items or more require at least 10–14 days advance notice and confirmation, to ensure ingredient sourcing and prep time.

Bulk perks: Orders of 6 dozen items or more qualify for a 10% discount on your total bakery order. It's applied automatically at checkout.

Standard orders: Require full payment within 24 hours of ordering to secure your date.
Bulk orders (6 dozen+): Require a 50% downpayment upon ordering. The remaining 50% balance must be settled 3 days before your delivery date.
Order confirmation: Orders are only confirmed once the payment has been verified.
Proof of payment: This is required. You'll upload a screenshot with the reference number at checkout.

Note: unpaid orders after 24 hours are automatically cancelled to open up baking slots for others.

Free delivery areas: We offer free direct delivery to Las Piñas, Parañaque, Muntinlupa and Bacoor.
Other locations: For deliveries outside these free coverage areas, shipping fees are shouldered by the customer and dispatched via Lalamove or a third-party courier. Fleur & Bakerie is based in BF Homes, Las Piñas.
Delivery window: Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Specific delivery times within this window can be arranged upon order confirmation.

Freshness & storage: Our products are baked fresh daily without artificial preservatives. To ensure quality and safety, please refrigerate or consume all items within 2–3 days of receipt.
Allergen warning: Our home kitchen handles common food allergens including wheat/gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts and soy. While we maintain strict sanitation standards, cross-contamination is always possible. If you have severe food allergies, please take this into consideration before ordering.
Customer handling & transport: Once orders are delivered to your designated address or courier, Fleur & Bakerie is not liable for damage, spoilage or illness resulting from improper temperature control, delayed consumption or improper handling after transfer.
